You can give every person who visits your property a sample of your Branded Personal Concierge to try for 1 month. They will receive an immediate text message and Email welcoming them to your property and the service.
Step 2
Your prospects may use the service for an entire month to see how great of an amenity it is. You can use the back-end of the system to send custom text messages to your clients enticing or rewarding them to come back to your property.
Step 3
When your new resident signs a lease, you simply access the service and convert that person to a resident, enter in their lease termination date and you are done. They will receive an additional text message welcoming them as a resident and let them know that they have been extended.
Step 4
The Apartment Concierge portal allows you to instantly communicate with your residents by sending them a text message directly to their cell phone. You may deliver messages to an individual, by building number or to the entire property.
